Here are the 5 Olympic values.

Sportsmanship.
Someone who participates in the Olympic games plays fair with courtesy and has a striving spirit. When he or she loses, that he or she will have grace in losing.

Friendship.
In the Olympic, participants learn to form life-long bonds with their team-mates, as well as their opponents.This value allows participants to play with peace through team spirit and joy.

Respect.

Those who take part in the Olympic games should and must have this important value. He or she respects one another, the rules even the environment. This also refers to fair-play attitude.

Excellence.
Participants give their best in playing the Olympic games or in life.
It is not only about winning, but making progress, striving to be and to do the best in their daily lives and
benefiting from the healthy combination of a strong body, mind and will.


Perseverance.

One should not give up in spite of obstacles.
